These terms govern your use of the FitHealth website (fithealthltd.com), operated by FitHealth Ltd, Ghana. Using the FitHealth mobile app is governed separately by the terms presented inside the app.

Not medical advice

Content on this website is general information about our platform and services. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified health professional. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Using this site

• Submit accurate information in our forms — provider applications with false credentials will be rejected.
• Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping of forms, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Provider applications

Submitting an application does not create any partnership or obligation. Providers are onboarded only after successful verification of licenses and credentials, and any commercial relationship is governed by a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

The FitHealth name, logo, and the content of this site belong to FitHealth Ltd or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitHealth Ltd is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction.
